EDIT: It's been over a year since I've submitted this piece and I am very pleased to say that it has received quite a response. I'd like to give a big thank-you to all of you who viewed it, faved it and posted comments. Your support means a lot! :glomp: Oh, and... I've recently purchased print account, so you can expect Morgoth prints very soon! :D


The image represents my vision of Morgoth, Tolkien's first Dark Lord. I tried to capture his power and malice, his dark essence rather his physical appearance (which was so masterfully represented by Ted Nasmith, John Howe and few other artists).

The image was made in Photoshop, and this is its second, refined and final version.

Thanks for your comment. :) Please not that I didn't ask for fav, I said I would appreciate it, as in I would be happy to see if someone puts me in their fav list. However, since I am very new at this, I will keep this in mind for the future. ;)

sto ti je dobar engleski! :D ne stigoh ranije da komentarisem...ovaj rad ti je dobar, video sam i ostale, ne razumem se u to, ali pretpostavljam da su, kako se kaze, kvalitetni. svidjaju mi se. pravo cudo da u nasem malom gradu postoje dva coveka koja rade potpuno razlicite stvari... ili mozda nije. stavljam te na :+devwatch:, pa...

I really like this picture. I like Silmarillion as well, maybe because i like Middle-Earth more than i like the Lord of the Ring tale.

I love the colors, and Morgoth looks really evil. ^^
